This is a great TCBY! The owner is really nice and he will recognize you if you are a frequent customer. He was very accommodating and friendly when my friend and I stopped in for froyo shortly before closing time and he let us stay past closing time while he was cleaning up. They usually have lots of flavors to choose from and they always try to keep the toppings well stocked. It's very easy to get your own free sample here, unlike other froyo places where they hover around you the whole time. My only suggestion would be to have more non-dairy flavors please! (as I try to avoid lactose)

This is the best frozen yogurt place in Ann Arbor! Free samples, Greek yogurt, almond milk and regular options! The mix ins are amazing - fruit, nuts, chocolate covered everything! Many toppings and sauces! And here's the best part -- SUPER CLEAN and very inviting. The owner was friendly and helpful! You must go! Enjoy!!!!

TCBY is back and re-vamped. This location has followed the "self-serve-frozen-yogurt" bandwagon, which is new for TCBY. Remember White Chocolate Mousse? Well it's back!!! Along with a plethora of other flavors; from Tahitian Vanilla to classic chocolate. I wish I could remember more! They also have a vegan coconut ice cream option. Toppings are self-serve and include typical options like sprinkles and Oreos to more adventurous ones like Boba things, marshmallow sauce and peanut butter sauce. You are charged by weight of ice cream. The staff is extremely friendly. Like the other review said, a bit overbearing but I can understand being a new business. Once they get in the groove, they might back off. Can't wait to go again!

Walked in hoping for some exciting flavors as they advertised on the website. They did not have ANY of the flavors I was hoping for as on the website, so I walked out disappointed :(

I tried tcby one day when the Chipotle line was out the door and it was fantastic! It's a yogurt buffet where you get your own yogurt, toppings, then you pay depending on how much it weighs. The employees there are really friendly and it's always clean inside. Plus they have strawberry boba!

I always get excited about frozen yogurt, but I'm genuinely happy when I walk into tcby. The place is clean, colorful, and relaxing to enjoy a cup of froyo. The management is extremely friendly. The favors change frequently so there are always new things to try, and the variety of toppings have been fresh each time I've been in. Sometimes I get a little yucky feeling after indulging in a sweet treat, but this froyo always settles well with my stomach. This is a great location for a froyo place! Stop in and try it, you won't regret it. P.s. Try the magic spoon.

Ice cream yogurt is delicious and affordable. Several types of toppings available. Toppings are never mixed together. The owner is exceptional. He recognizes names and faces of his regular visitors. He will even let you sample the various items in the store. Very clean and safe setting.

I was impressed. Overall, that is. The biggest area of improvement I would say would be the variety of flavors there are. There were the typical flavors like strawberry, banana, pistachio tart, etc. But I guess I was looking for something outside of the traditional flavors. I ended up getting strawberry and banana. Strawberry seemed nice and refreshing. The banana was obviously artificially flavored. At 49 cents an ounce (I believe?) it would remain competitive among the plethora of froyo places opening up around AA. Despite the lack of variety in the froyo, all the toppings are there. From fruit filled boba to your candy and other graham/chocolate type of topping you'd like. Mochi here is great. Nice, soft and fluffy. Parking in the area next to the store is a little dense and cramped. I'd suggest parking in the lot area further from the store for more room and comfort. It was a little difficult getting out since a car was also trying to get in.

I was so excited when I saw this place was opening that I could not wait. When it finally opened I went in and was so disappointed. I am sorry I remember TCBY of the good ol' days when you could go in there order what you want, like a parfait, and walk out happy. Now they have turned it into a yogurt by the ounce place. I really do not like paying for my yogurt by weight. I want a TCBY the way it used to be.

yogurt is very tasty. The price of 45 cents an ounce can add up. I am often shocked at how little you get for your money. also, the cups are extremely huge, encouraging big spending if you are not careful. The attitude of the staff and the owner are such that I keep returning. I really enjoy my experience at TCBY; I just wish that they offered smaller cups and that it was a bit less expensive. Thank you, staff!
